Poisonous Effect of Some Common Pesticides on Embryo and Tadpole of Rana nigromaculata

Abstract:The sequence of poisonous effect on embryo and larva of Rana nigromaculata of five common pesticides are Fluroxypyr>Paclobuerazol>Bavistin>Lsoproturon>Methamidophos. At the embryo stage, the embryo became putrid after death. At the tadpole stage, some morphological characters, such as the expansion of the head, the contraction or flecton of the tail, etc. appeared after death. The malformation in both embryo and larva stages mainly revealed lucent, expansion of the belly, and the flection of the tail.
