Introduction of Study on Edible Insects in Jiangsu

Abstract：The paper deals with the 122 species belonging to 48 families and 10 orders of edible insects recorded in Jiangsu Province. In the paper, the present situation and utilization of edible insects are reviewed and some suggestions put forward.
