Abstract：
The present paper deals with one new species of Coenosia Meigen, 1826 and three new species of Caricea Robineau-Desvoidy, 1830 from mountainous region of west Sichuan during 1979-1995. All type specimens are deposited in the Institute of Entomology, Shenyang Normal College.
1. Coenosia brachyodactyla sp. nov. (Fig.1)
♂: Body length 5mm. This new species is similar to Coenosia angulipunctata Xue, Wang et Zhang, 1992, but differs from the latter in having antennae rather long, third antennal segment abuout 2.0 times as long as wide; hind femur with 2 bristles on the posteroventral surface at middle part; latter view of cerci of male curved at middle part, and posterior view expanded at apical part.
Holotype ♂, Yaan (Mt. Zhougong, 1000 m; 29º58´N, 102º59´E), Jun. 22, 1986. Collected by Feng Yan; Paratype 1 , Oct. 17, 1985. Locality and Collector same as holotype.
2. Caricea ungulitigris sp. nov. (Fig.2)
♂: Body length 3.5 mm, wings length 3.5 mm. This new species is similar to Caricer boops (Thomson, 1869) in some common characters, but differs from the latter in having the surstylus of male rather short; apical part of cerci hook-shaped, cerci of male about 1.5 times as long as 9th tergite in lateral view.

3. Caricea postifolifera sp. nov. (Fig.3)
♂: Body length 3.7 mm, This new species resembles Caricea erythrocera Robineau-Desvoidy, 1830, but can be distinguished from the latter by having the costa spine distinct; abdomen without median vitta; posterior lobe of surstylus longer than that of anterior in lateral view; apical part of cerci without seta.

4. Caricea frigida sp. nov. (Fig.4)
♂: Body length 4.0 mm, wings length 4.0 mm. This new species is similar to Caricea spuria (Zetterstedt, 1838), but can be distinguished from the latter by having the cerci of male straight in lateral view; and with hook at apical part; posterior margin of surstylus rather straight.
