Abstract: A research was made on the relationship between (2D:4D) and social hierarchy in a Macaca fascicularis .In January, 2016, 12 female adult M. fascicularis were randomly selected from Zhongke Experimental Animals Co. Ltd. located in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province for observation. The ratios of index finger and ring finger were measured with X-ray. Their order of eating was observed and videotaped to determine their social hierarchy, and study the relationship between this social hierarchy and (2D:4D) in the group. There were significant differences in the correlation between the left hand and the right hand (2D:4D) of cynomolgus monkeys and their social hierarchy. Female adult M. fascicularis with a lower (2D:4D) play a dominant role in their social hierarchy.
