Abstract:8 morphological traits of the Eremias multiocellata adult samples were measured from Lanzhou , Zhangye and Minqin of Gansu province, so as to analyze and compare allometric growth and the differences between the sexes. The results showed that the males were significantly longer than the females in the snout-vent length from Minqin population, whereas there were no significant variations between the sexes from Lanzhou population and Zhangye population. However, there were all sexual dimorphisms in head size, appendicular length, tail length and belly width from three populations. The males had significantly bigger head, longer appendage and tail than females while not necessarily wider in belly. Minqin population was an exception whose males had bigger in belly. There appeared different degrees of allometric growth in fore-limb length, hind-limb length, head length, head width, head height, tail length and belly width.
