广西大岩洞和岩头2号洞洞穴动物群落结构及其与环境因子关系分析

中文摘要:通过对广西大岩洞和岩头2号洞进行深入调查,采集到动物标本5048号,隶属354269种。其中大岩洞共获洞穴动物标本3324号,隶属263050种;岩头2号洞共获洞穴动物标本1724号,隶属293646种。根据两洞不同光带中洞穴动物类群和个体数量组成不同,可将其划分为6个动物群落。经过群落多样性分析:均匀度指数从高到低的顺序是群落F(0.9790)C(0.8392)B(0.7553)E(0.7355)A(0.6970)D(0.6487),群落E(6.3717)和群落D(5.6321)的物种丰富度指数最高。群落多样性指数最高的是群落F(3.0261)C(2.7694)。此外,还研究了部分环境因子与群落多样性的相关性,结果表明:SAT(温度)呈显著正相关;DACO(CO2含量)呈显著正相关;H′AN(N2含量)呈显著正相关; H′ACO呈显著负相关;H′maxAT(温度)呈显著正相关; J′AN呈显著正相关; J′ACO呈显著负相关;H(湿度)AO呈显著负相关;SACO呈极显著负相关;其余的相关性均不明显。从所列的环境因子与物种和群落的多样性的欧式距离分析来看,SD的欧氏距离最小,为66.753SAO的欧氏距离最小,为28.736DSOM(土壤有机质的含量)的欧氏距离最小,为8.035H′SOM的距离最小,为2.132J′AN的欧氏距离最小,为1.790
英文摘要:An in-depth investigation was made in Dayan cave and No.2 Yantou cave in Guangxi. A total of 5048 animal specimens including 3324 from Dayan cave and 1724 from Yantou 2 cave, which were belonging to 69 species, 42 genera, 35 families, were collected. Six communities were classified based on the species types and individual numbers. The analysis of community diversity showed that the evenness indices of each community were: 0.9790 (F), 0.8392 (C), 0.7553(B), 0.7355(E), 0.6970(A), and 0.6487(D). Community E and D showed the highest species richness indices. Community F and C showed the highest diversity indices. In addition, the correlations between partial environmental factors and community diversity were studied. S and H’max was positively correlated with AT; ACO was positively correlated with D but negatively correlated with H’; J’ was positively correlated with AN but negatively correlated with ACO; H was negatively correlated with AO. Correlations between other parameters were not significant. The Euclidean distances between listed environmental factors and species and the community diversity were calculated, and the smallest Euclidean distance was observed between S and D (66.753), S and AO (28.736), D and SOM (the content of organic matter in soil) (8.035), H’ and SOM (2.132) as well as J’ and AN(1.790).
