中文摘要:为探讨光周期对树麻雀代谢产热和代谢器官变化的影响,对成年树麻雀Passer montanus进行温度为25、两种光周期16 L8 D(LD)8 L16 D(SD)4周的气候箱驯化后,测定其体重、基础代谢率(BMR)、体脂和水分含量,以及各器官、组织的鲜重和干重。结果显示,SD组麻雀BMR显著大于LD组,作为代谢活性器官的消化道显著增生是其BMR显著增加的主要原因之一;麻雀通过增加体重和能量储备物脂肪来实现对较长黑暗环境的适应是其成功的生存策略。SD组麻雀体重的显著增加和水分含量显著降低,说明短光照的刺激引起麻雀能量储备的增加和代谢活性器官消化道增生。光周期驯化的结果验证了“中心限制假说”,即麻雀体内存在着与BMR相关的“代谢机器”,中心器官(消化道)是改变麻雀BMR的基础之一。
英文摘要:
To discuss how the changes of plasticity of metabolic organs and metabolic heat generation is affected by the photoperiod, we domesticated adult tree sparrow in the climate box for four weeks with temperature 25℃, two kinds of photoperiod 16L8D (LD group) and 8L16D (SD group), and then measured its weight, basal metabolic rate (BMR), body fat, and the content of water, as well as every organ and tissue’s fresh and dry weights. The results show that the BMR of SD group sparrow is much higher than the LD group. Digestive tract as the metabolic activity organ increased remarkably, this is one of main reasons for the increase of their BMRs. Meanwhile, through increasing weight and reserving energy, the sparrow was adjusted to the longer dark circumstance. That the remarkable increase of the weight and the considerable decrease of the content of water shows the stimulate of short photoperiod cause the increase of the energy reserve and the hyperplasia of digestive tract of metabolic activity organ, it’s a successful survival strategy that the plastic changes were adjusted to the long darkness. The result of the domestication with photoperiod verified “the hypothesis of central restriction”, that is some of the metabolic machine existed in the sparrow body have positive correlation with the BMR, central organ (the digestive tract) is one of the function to change the BMR of sparrow.
